Michelle Schultheis \Me’shell\ \Shul’tice\ is the Principal Consultant at EverArch Consulting, LLC. She started her career at a company focused on diversity research and training programs while attending courses at the University of Delaware. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with minors focused on Women’s, Family and Disability Studies, she developed her skills to become recognized in her field as a trusted HR business partner who is reliable, exudes integrity and is passionate about the employee experience. She furthered her education through Villanova University and HRCI as a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
For over 15 years, Michelle has taken great pride in collaborating with top executives and all levels of leadership to influence business decisions and align HR objectives with strategic planning. Her demonstrated experience as an empowering leader of HR management teams spans across multiple industries and scale of business. Her philosophy is to facilitate an environment and culture conducive of skill development and succession planning for growth creating a motivated workforce. She is a performance-driven professional with the exceptional ability to design dynamic programs and implement best practices to drive organizational effectiveness. Her focused approach is a human capital management process which utilizes technology to automate processes, emphasizes the importance of culture and employee engagement to a company’s success and drives the human resources function forward.
